01Acceptance

PowerPullUp is a fitness app that counts pull-ups using your iPhone's built-in motion sensors, tracks training history, and provides a structured 100-day training program. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 4 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02License (EULA)

Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of that EULA together with these Terms. The developer of the App, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

03Subscriptions & billing

PowerPullUp offers an optional PowerPullUp Pro subscription that unlocks full access (the 100-day program, progress statistics, achievements, and leaderboards). The following plans are available:

• Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, billed once per month.
• Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, billed once per year.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase (non-consumable); it does not auto-renew.

The exact price is shown in the App before you confirm any purchase, in your local currency for your App Store storefront.

3.1 Auto-renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.2 Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → PowerPullUp Pro. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

3.3 Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms; requests can be made via reportaproblem.apple.com.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to defeat the rep-counting or anti-cheat systems, submit falsified results to leaderboards, or use the App in any unlawful way or in a manner that could damage or overburden the service.

05Health & fitness disclaimer

PowerPullUp is a fitness and training aid, not a medical device and not a source of medical advice. Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any health condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the App and perform any exercises at your own risk.

06Intellectual property

The App, its content, design, trademarks, and software are owned by the developer and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

07Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Rep counting relies on motion sensors and may not be perfectly accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

08Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
